Here are some notes from Rachel on the hotel arrangements for our consideration.

   Below are some notes from the hotel regarding questions that have been
   asked.

    1. The  buffet service times are for a maximum of 2 hours.  It usually
       takes anywhere from 2-3 hours to flip the room from buffet seating
       to auditorium/theater style seating.

    2.  We can have attendants to serve the food items at the buffet
       station.

    3.  We can set up the registration table at 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM on
       Thursday 11/3.

    4.  We can use the room until the time of whatever the last event we
       have planned end, however 10:00 PM would be the latest.

    5.   The ballroom can accommodate comfortably 150 people in a banquet
       set-up, about 10 - 15 tables.  The patio can roughly accommodate 8
       6ft tables.

    6.  Wi-Fi is available complimentary in all of the meeting spaces.

    7. All of the suites have wet bars, some are just larger than others.

    8.  Event parking is available for $15 per vehicle each day.  Guests
       will be issued a parking pass and a key that will allow them access
       to the garage.  They would have in and out privileges.
