Hello, Everyone:

Tonight is our next convention planning committee meeting at 8 PM. The Zoom link is below my signature. I am also attaching an updated agenda; I added the hospitality suite, move Resolutions forward, as per Tim’s request, and pushed CABS back, as per Shelby’s request.

I have sent out a call for ambassadors, and I have also sent some information to be posted on the website regarding virtual participation VS in-person participation and perks and requirements for each. I am also going to forward to you a list of questions and answers that we went over last week in a separate email.

Here is what I would like to discuss tonight:

1. Registration
2. Date and plan for Rookie Roundup.
3. Where we are with virtual voting prototype.
4. Online and in-person auction, including in-person payment.
5. Friday night activity finalize.
6. Mask police.
7. AV and Zoom update.
