Updates:
The logistics committee will decide who the time keepers are 
7 exhibitors including 1 sponsor 
Tim wants the entire committee to promote the exhibitors and the
scholarships
Bobbi will get scholarship on Nnabs 
There is a new statement on the scholarship form saying we know  the form has problems working on the iPad and directing people to reach out to me or Tiffany 
If we can also join the steering committee the help would be
appreciated
Jim will talk to ROSS about Zoom accounts and will have an update by
next meeting
The video about why people attended convention is ready. It will be reviewed by Jim, Bobbi, and others by next meeting. Tim, wants it on the YouTube channel as well. As the website.
Need more volunteers for help desk
Sub-committee will meet to start discussing potential mentoring
Auction basket forms are ready. Brian will send them out to the appropriate lists. 
Baskets must be in by Sept 28th 
Brian will send out info about door prizes to the appropriate lists 
Jim will reach out to Liz about the trivia game on Thursday 
Missing breakouts and SPORTS and rec 
Talk to Tim and tell him to carve out time to do all of the auction baskets live during banquet 
Tiffany and Rachel will start assigning zoom hosts to sessions
Tiffany has made randomizer for first timer door prizes. Bobbi or Rachel will run it. 2 newbies will be given a door prize at each session, to be judged based on how many door prizes are given out during the session. Tiffany will make the judgement call

   Veronica and Tiffany are working on Spanish version of Scholarship

Sheryl will reach out to exhibitors again on Thursday the 9th. Done 
Jim will work with Bobbi on getting scholarship posts on the NFB CA

Christina will work with Michelle on W9We are deemed a non-profit
federally, but not yet on the state level. Done 
Everything for the exhibit hall was sent out on the 31st.
The Senior Division does have a person considering running for
president and will meet at convention

Talent Show applications are up
Hospitality Suite going well----------------------
The deaf/blind group would like a slot to meet.- done
Sports and Rec would like a slot to meet- done
CagDu wants to go 2 hours instead of 90 minutes.  7:30 to 9:30 Saturday
morning.- done

Each chapter will have its own Zoom room for Caucus 
Tiffany will begin Soliciting door prizes at August and September chapter presidents call and via email.   Done meeting    Done

Veronica is responsible for Spanish Speaking stuff.

Ali is collecting volunteers for the suite.  Changed the time from 7:30
AM to 8:00 AM.
   Going well.  Just filled the last slot.
Baskets:
   Tiffany is sending out advertising email.
   Micheal is talking at chapter president's call
   Brian is looking for a letter of instructions for baskets
I believe this is done.  Brian, can you confirm?
Brian Buhrow can set up a helpdesk phone number.
   Brian is working on that.
Brian is working on writing html to get recordings up.
