I appreciate that.  You're doing a great job working with the sponsors and exhibitors.  I am just suggesting that we amend the form to instruct folks to mail a printed form if they want to pay by check.  Thus we don't need to manually explain the process to them and answer email questions, or worse, lose a sponsor opportunity because their question goes unanswered for too long.

Hello Tim,
Last year if a exhibitor wanted to pay by check, like Robert said, they could print out the application and fill it out and mail it in.
I have two exhibitors that is paying by check which is Vanda and the Service Center for Independent Life.
Christina told me that once she receive the check and information she would enter it in the system.
I spoke with Shauna and LaKenya and ask them to send me the information with their zoom information and I would make sure that it goes to Christina.
I am still waiting on Vanda to email me with the information.
I sent in the check and information for SCIL.
