[Plan22] Banquet buffet

I agree.
if the hotel is going to charge banquet prices, they should have
someone from their catering staff serve the food.
You are talking about a lot of blind people in line and trying to
carry their plates back to the table without an accident.
My deepest concern will everyone get to eat if the food is only for an hour.
