[Plan22] Banquet buffet

Hi all,

I spoke with Rachel about this yesterday after our meeting. I am
concerned about the banquet buffet. Not everyone knows how to serve
themselves from a buffet line in a sanitary way, and I'm wondering
what you all think about having volunteers serve people along a line.
I'd rather not have people touching everything in the serving dishes
or, for example, scooping mashed potatoes with their hands.
Theoretically, people coming to the banquet should not have Covid, but
they may not test positive until the next day. What do you think?
