[Plan21] Tonight

Hello, Everyone:

I will be pretty late tonight because I will be working later. In case you all are finished by the time I get there, I’ll give you my update now. I also have a couple questions.

1. The welcoming committee is working on calling members and assigning mentors. We will be sending out a Rookie Roundup announcement this week.

2. Working on getting more signups for the showcase. Please encourage folks to sign up. Tim and I are also working on a guest artist.

3. I am contacting and confirming zoom hosts. I will send along the updated spreadsheet once I have finished. It looks like we will definitely have enough people.

4. The captioner has the updated agenda. She would like the final agenda by the end of the week.

5. A couple questions:
A. Is the Sports and Rec meeting going to be on Saturday from 12:30-1:30? I’ve heard some conflicting information on this.
B. Is the DeafBlind meeting still from 5:30-6:30 on Saturday? It is listed that way on the draft outline, but I read in the notes from last week that we still need to figure out a time for that meeting.
C. Will there be a Spanish organizing meeting this year? If so, will we be captioning it?
