The following time keeping function sounds fine. At the start of each
general session I need to know which co-host in the general session will be
responsible for keeping time. The following works. I will respond by email
to this thread if there is an urgent schedule update. Most of our
presentations this year our round table type discussions. Because I'll be
facilitating and moderating much of those sessions, feel free to direct the
interruption to me instead of the panelist. My hope is that you can let the
person speaking finish and then alert me. I don't think most of them will
have long answers without a break to engage with me or the co-panelists.
