Tim: needs to answer Timekeeper questions. The 4 bullet points from the Notes from that meeting are included here...
1. We are planning on doing time keeping during general sessions. Both for agenda speakers, and for any ad hoc timekeeping Tim may ask for as in "3 minutes for the PAC plan chair", or "sure, you can have an extra 2 minutes to finish"
2. We plan to give a spoken "1 minute left", and a "time's up". We plan to be chipper and polite.
3. Tim should plan to explain to speakers that the timekeepers are doing a job, and that "time's up" should indicate that they should finish within a sentance or two.
4. Tim will need to communicate with us about proactive schedule changes, etc. iMessage thread or WhatsApp group or something else?
Michael: 13 Auction baskets are up. 11 are chapters, and 2 private donors.
Jim: will talk with Tim about time keeping issues.
Christina: Will put the video link on our website, facebook and twitter
Rachel will email out MS word copy of the agenda this evening to all registrants, nfbc-info, and chapter presidents list.
Jim will email out an email with the link to the agenda, a link to Exhibit Hall information, Auction basket information and link, and the MS word version of the agenda to all registrants Thursday at noon.
Tiffany will send Chrstina a spreadsheet of vendor information. Vanda Pharma, and other sponsors who skipped the online form, were Emailed to Christina.
Christina will be setting up exhbitor page. In the mean time, the existing link should go to a blank page.
