[Nfbc-sj] MINUTES FOR MEETING OF 03/28/2020

Thanks for taking the minutes. Sorry I was not able to join, my house is
very chaotic with three kids at home and trying to work full-time so I was
fighting with my baby to take a nap during the meeting. I will try to make
it to the next one.
