The survey is for a blind motivational/inspirational speaker. The 2
questions are to compare the differences between what the survey
thinker things about a “motivational speaker” and a “blind
motivational speaker”. I want to know if there are differences,
meaning maybe people do not think a blind motivational speaker would
do better. For example, the survey taker might say “cool” for the 1st
answer and “boring” for the 2nd. If I get 100 responses I will see a
trend that I can document for my research paper.

There are actually about only 6 questions regarding the survey and the
other are demographics questions.

For the last question, I suggest you use the jaws cursor (mouse
poiner) to attempt to find the button and double click on it to
activate it. If you are not using jaws (I used jaws 16 to complete
the survey), then use a comparable keystroke that wil enable you to
use the mouse pointer (I am not very faimiliar with windows eyes or
other screen readers).
