[Cagdu] Survey from previous NFC of California scholarship winner

[Lisa Irving]

Hi Alfredo,

I'm wondering if you would elaborate a little more about the purpose of the
survey; besides completing an MBA project. I'm missing the connections
between the first two questions and the bulk of the survey questions. Also,
I encountered a problem with checking a "button" after the question about
one's zip code. Any suggestions.

From,
Lisa Irving

Subject: [Cagdu] Survey from previous NFC of California scholarship winner

Hello,
My name is Alfredo and I am in my last semester for my MBA @ SDSU and need
to conduct a marketing analysis for a course I need to graduate.
I am doing one on a motivational/inspirational blind public speaker.
Please take the brief survey, it should take no more than 5-7 minutes.
Thanks in advance.
