[Cagdu] change in venue for CAGDU Seminar

[Fred's Win7 Desktop]

Hi all,

I can't imagine why waiting until April's Presidents' meeting to pin
down a time and day for CAGDU's seminar would pose a problem.

On the question of Thursday vs. Friday: attendance is much greater
on Fridays. We could pull in more people for a Friday shindig.

Thanks for asking for my 2 cents.
