Dear Board Members and Stakeholders: 

Last Friday, the State Board of Guide Dogs for the Blind Legislative Committee voted to send the attached letter regarding exempting guide dog breeders from SB 250 (Florez) from mandatory spay/neuter licensing requirements.  While the bill is currently inactive, Senator Florez intends to reintroduce the bill this session.
