[Cagdu] Vet bills for John Vandervort

Since the school can't do anything, Maybe we should reach out to Flagdu. 
This is getting out of hand.  KenPS Robert, could you please forward my 
reply from early this morning to the cagdu list?  Thanks.  I have trouble
