[Cagdu] Vet bills for John Vandervort

Hi Tina.  I've sent a message on this to Robert.  I'll try and forward it to 
the cagdu list.  The brief answer is that the owner of the attack dog has 
been ordered by animal control to pay up, and John's been contacted by the 
owner.  Everything's in flux and everything's on the table.  Bye for now.
