Sorry to weigh in late in the game. More power to you ken. I hope
everything went well. You had all the right to be there and if they
stuck you in lame seats that is no good. I'm sure if one of those
ushers or supervisors were shafted like that they would not take it
lying down.
  You were not asking for the row you were in to be vacated you just
wanted to get to your seat you purchased because Velvet doesn't do
well with steps perfectly reasonable. At least to a layman. We will
help you in any way we can. Do let us know what happened after all.
