Hi, everyone:

Below are some topics I want to go over tonight. We will need to be finished by 9 PM. I would also like to propose that we start having weekly meetings now, as convention is getting closer.

Registration table and Covid testing. We need to talk about how this is going to work, and we need to make sure that we have enough people staffing this.

Rookie round up. We will need to set a date for this.

Friday night activity. We should start talking more about this to figure out what we are doing.

I am in the process of talking with all of the divisions to find out what their virtual needs are and if they need extra help. I will not be finished with this by this evening, but I will continue working on this. Carmen Varela and I are also checking on quotes for Spanish translation and closed captioning respectively. I also have a few answers to some questions from the hotel which I will share with you tonight.

I also have attached another draft of the schedule. The only thing I have changed on this draft is showcase and exhibit hall information to coincide with the exhibitor letter and form.
