[Plan22] Tonight’s Planning Meeting

I am sorry that I was not able to attend the meeting tonight, stuck in
traffic coming back from a funeral.

I see the Exhibitor Sponsor Letter State Convention 2022 Final, is
this the correct one for me to send out in the morning.

Also, I have looked into ordering the wrist bands, there are three
colors that we can use.
One has VIP and this one can be use for members in good standing for
voting , registration, breakfast and the buffet.

The next color can be used for members that are not current with their
dues, but paid for registration, breakfast and buffet.

The last color can be used for non members.

They can receive their wrist bands, when they pick up their
registration package.

Please let me know.
