[Plan22] Scholarship Application Link issues

Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for fixing that. I'll send out those emails shortly. I noticed
that the images on the Spanish version of the scholarship page
(http://www.nfbcal.org/programas-de-becas/) have alt text in English
rather than Spanish. I unfortunately don't know enough Spanish to help
with this, but it might be more inclusive to change the image
descriptions into Spanish as well. Or we could implement that change
next year. What do you think? Thanks.
