[Plan22] Revised Convention Guide

Hi committee Members,

Attached is a revied version of the Convention Guide. I've added the hotel information for the Comfort Inn and the Western Inn. I've also corrected the "wish' to read with, and ran everything through spell check again. Let me know if there is any other corrections or adjustments that should be made.
