[Plan22] Guide to the 2022 State convention by the San Diego chapter

Hello Everyone,

Attached is a guide for our convention. I contains, diretions for getting to
and from the hotel, a description of the hotel, and other information we
thought attendees would find useful. I am hoping that this guide will be
distributed to all in person attendees via e-mail. It is not perfect. If
there are any glaring problems, please let me know.
