[Plan22] Next Planning Meeting

Hello, everyone:

Get excited! Convention is almost here!

Tomorrow, or should I say later today, is our next planning meeting (October 19 at 8 PM). Most of us are working on finalizing our own projects at this point, but there are still a few things I would like to discuss as a group.

1. Zoom training.
2. Exhibit hall idea.
3. Covid tests for volunteers.
4. Voting practice with call-in system.

If anything else comes up, we can add that as well. I am also attaching the latest draft of the schedule.
