Subject: [Plan22] Convention Debrief

Hello, everyone!

Congratulations on helping to put together a successful convention! Though we definitely had some hiccups, I believe it was overall a great convention, and we have learned a lot for next year. Thank you all for your hard work!

I would like to schedule a meeting soon to talk about what went well and what we need to do differently for next year. I already have a great deal of ideas, but I would like to hear from all of you.

Here are three meeting times that I can do.

Tomorrow, November 10, at 8 PM
Monday, November 14, at 8 PM
Tuesday, November 15, at 8 PM

Please get back to me with the day and time that works for you, and we will schedule a meeting. Unfortunately, I cannot do our usual time because my work schedule for the next couple weeks has me teaching later on Wednesdays…
