[Plan22] Meeting Room capacity

It is my understanding that when not divided, the ballroom seats 170 people
in chairs arranged in rows without tables.  I will ask about seating with
tables as this is where the banquet will probably take place. I also plan to
ask about how the patio can best be used.

	hello Allison.  What is the capacity of the ballroom when it's not
divided?  And, it is useful to know the capacity for seating only versus
seating with tables.
