I have no problem with you continuing to send reminders.  A deadline is fine.  Just know that I'd accept sponsorships pretty much up through the beginning of the convention.

Hello everyone,
I believe we are having a Planning committee meeting this evening  and if so I will not be available tonight.
I want to give you an update on the Exhibit Hall.
Re-sent the convention letter and application out again last week.
So far, we have 7 Exhibitors at this time.
If you are okay with this, I would like to send out the convention letter and application with a deadline of October 10, 2021 to be able to participate .
I sent President Elder and Jim the video recording of why I come to convention last week for reviewing.
