[Plan21] AUCTION BASKET SUBMISSION INFORMATION

	hello fellow chapter presidents.  As we will be discussing this evening at our chapter
presidents' call, here is the information we need to put auctions up for our convention.  

1.  Michael Richardson will be submitting the baskets to Brian via a Web form.  Here are the
details you need to give Michael in order to get your basket into the pool of auctions:  

A.  The name of the donating chapter or entity.

B.  First and last name of the basket shepherd.

C.  E-mail address and phone number of the basket shepherd.  If you have a secondary phone
number, please provide that as well.

D.  A description of the contents of the basket; i.e. an itemized list of things in the basket.

E.  The approximate value of the basket.

F.  A suggested starting bid for the basket on the auction site.

G.  If available, a photo of the basket for presentation on the web site.

2.  Michael can be reached via e-mail at: michaeljr66 at yahoo.com.

3.  Michael asks that you submit your basket details to him by no later than September 28,
2021.

4.  If you need to amend or change  details about your basket, or contact info for the basket
shepherd, send those details to Michael  and he'll resubmit them to the web site, where upon
that information will be appended to the details for that basket.

5.  Once Michael has successfully submitted the basket data for your basket to the web site, a
confirming e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you gave him as the shepherd for that
basket.  Any changes you make to a given basket will also generate  a confirming e-mail.

6.  Once the basket is sold at auction and the purchaser has paid, the shepherd will be
notified that the basket is sold and who and where it should be sent to.

	If anyone has questions regarding this process, feel free to mail me or mail this list.
Chances are if you have a question, others have it too, so don't be shy.
