I must apologize.  I made an error in trying to calendar the below Zoom
meeting for tonight.  No one received the invitation with the Zoom link.
Rather than try to salvage the meeting, I'll recirculate a link for next
Thursday, 9/23.  We'll then meet again as planned on 9/30 and 10/15.  I'll
test and confirm that the calendar invitation and Zoom link are working
tomorrow.  Again, apologies for my error.

Hello Friends of the Blindness Movement,

 

I'm asking for your help.  We are forming the Agenda Steering Committee to
guide the direction of the next annual convention of the National Federation
of the Blind of California, October 21-24, 2021, via Zoom and telephonic
platforms.  We need your expertise and connection to the community to help
guide our efforts.  We want to maximize our effectiveness for blind people.
Will you join us at the below meeting times to share feedback on our draft
agenda and the direction of our convention activities?  Thank you in advance
for contributing your brilliance and heart to the movement.

 

Meeting 1:  September 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

Meeting 2: September 30, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. 

Meeting 3: Friday, October 15 at 8:00 p.m. 

   

Please confirm by reply to this email from the address you want to receive a
Zoom invitation and announcements.  I look forward to speaking with you at
any of the above meetings.  Note that this is separate from the group
handling logistics.  They have been hard at work for the last several weeks
handling all the tedious details that allow us to focus on substantive
topics and programming.  We appreciate your time and will make good use of
