[Plan21] PHONE TREE FOR HELP DESK IS CONFIGURED AND RUNNING

Hi, Brian and all:

I am good with the schedule, but I see my name listed twice—once on Friday, which is fine, and once on Sunday during the general session. Are we having the help desk open during the general session?
