[Plan21] PHONE TREE FOR HELP DESK IS CONFIGURED AND RUNNING

Hello Brian alison and Al,
When we set the schedule for the helpdesk the board meeting was at 8 PM.
Now it has been changed to 7 PM I’m wondering if the helpdesk phone should be stopped at seven so that people are attending the board meeting.
What does everyone think?
