Since there are so many areas that need changing I’m wondering if you want my help with updating the draft agenda.  We really need to get an agenda out since convention is next week.  I’m happy to help I just need direction from you.

I will go over the scheduling tonight after the CAGDU meeting. I am seeing a few things already that I will need to adjust on the zoom room schedule. I will look more thoroughly tonight.

I agree with Tiffany, it is very difficult to understand what is new and what is old.

You have incorrect information on vendors incorrect information on the beginning and ending and it is difficult to know what is this year‘s versus last year‘s.

You probably need to start from scratch so that we know what is new.

Here is the next draft agenda.  It is getting closer to final form.  Please do not share this copy outside of this group.  Remind me of problems and concerns that still require a fix.  Christina and team will soon need to start distributing out the Zoom and caption links into the formatting.  Changes are still underway.  I hope to be finished soon.  This is just for your reference.
