I will go over the scheduling tonight after the CAGDU meeting. I am seeing a few things already that I will need to adjust on the zoom room schedule. I will look more thoroughly tonight.

Tim,

I agree with Tiffany, it is very difficult to understand what is new and what is old.

You have incorrect information on vendors incorrect information on the beginning and ending and it is difficult to know what is this year‘s versus last year‘s.

You probably need to start from scratch so that we know what is new.

This is very hard to follow.  I do not know what is this year’s information vs last years.  I can not provide good feedback because of the inconsistency.  It would have been more helpful if you only sent the content of any new information instead of combining it all.

Here is the next draft agenda.  It is getting closer to final form.  Please do not share this copy outside of this group.  Remind me of problems and concerns that still require a fix.  Christina and team will soon need to start distributing out the Zoom and caption links into the formatting.  Changes are still underway.  I hope to be finished soon.
