[Plan21] OUT OF MEETING TONIGHT

	hello fellow logistics planners.  I will not be able to attend tonight's meeting.
However, in an effort to compensate for my absence, here are some notes on where I am for the
various tasks I'm responsible for.  If there are things I've missed, please let me know and
I'll do what I can to correct the omitions.

1.  Auction baskets and the auction site.
	Michael has submited a number of baskets for inclusion on the auction site and I expect to
be loading the actual auction site in the next day or two.  Michael asked if I could include a
description or theme field on the submission page.  It's not there yet, but I'll try to get
it in.  As a work around, since the description field is a multi-line text box, the theme can
be put in as the first line of the description text.  I'll be able to call it out as a theme on
the actual auction site.
	As of this writing, I have 7 baskets from Michael:

at large chapter 
be confident be you coaching llc
california association of blind students (cabs)
california association of guide dog users
inland empire chapter
nfbca, san diego chapter
san fernando valley chapter

	If there are more baskets to be submitted, please get them in as soon as you can!

2.  Door prizes.  The door prize donation page is up and running and we've received a number of
donations.  However, we can use more!  
Tiffany has asked me to add a description field for the items folks select to donate.  I will
try to get this in in the next day or two.  However, since I'll be traveling and the site is
working, I want to make sure I don't accidentally break it with an update at the last minute.

3.  Last year's audio index pages.  
this istill not done.  I will  work on it, but not until after this year's convention.  Yes, I
know this means I have to do two year's pages at once.  
I've created a place for us to upload this year's convention audio, so I'll be able to add the
HTML easily once it's there.  Jim, if you're the one uploading the audio this year, let me know
and I'll give you the location.
