<div dir="auto">I neglected to include this in my meeting notes email as I was in a hurry to send it out. I regret to let you all know that I am stepping down from my role on the board of our chapter. My reasons are largely frustration at multiple efforts to organize COVID-friendly fundraising, activities, and strategies for increasing membership have been co-opted, dismissed, or ignored, and frankly, it&#39;s getting lonely taking notes at meetings where so little happens. My hope is that I can enjoy my membership in the chapter more from a greater distance, though I&#39;m admittedly not sure if that even makes sense. I&#39;ve just felt exasperated and need some room to breathe and think about the affiliate in a clearer light. I look forward to seeing more of ypu at future events as I am not leaving the area or the movement. <div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">All the best,</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Jamie. </div></div>
