<div dir="ltr">Hello all, <div><br></div><div>As promised, here are a few super easy holiday treat recipes! Share and enjoy!</div><div><br></div><div>1. Very Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes (great if you&#39;re in a hurry)</div><div>Ingredients: </div><div>- 1 box spice cake mix (carrot cake or yellow cake work too) </div><div>- 1 14-oz can pureed pumpkin </div><div><br></div><div>Directions:</div><div>- Dump the cake mix into a large bowl.</div><div>- Add the canned pumpkin and mix to thoroughly combine</div><div>- Pour into lined cupcake pan and bake according to cake mix package instructions</div><div>- Optional: If you like some extra texture, add nuts or dried fruit while mixing</div><div>- When cupcakes are cool, top with your favorite cream cheese icing! </div><div><br></div><div>2. Reindeer Feed Party Mix</div><div>Ingredients:</div><div>- 3 C. Honey Nut Chex cereal </div><div>- 3 C. Chocolate Chex Cereal</div><div>- 1.5 C. mini pretzels </div><div>- 1 C. salted roasted peanuts (or nut of choice! If you have a nut allergy, you can skip this and use popped popcorn. If you don&#39;t have a nut allergy, try using both!)</div><div>- 1 C. holiday M&amp;M&#39;s (or regular M&amp;M&#39;s if you don&#39;t care what color they are, or chocolate chips)</div><div><br></div><div>Directions: </div><div>- This couldn&#39;t be easier. Dump everything into a bowl and mix to combine. That&#39;s it. Enjoy! </div><div><br></div><div>3. Boozy (or not) Spiced Apple Cider (makes enough for a whole party!)</div><div>Ingredients:</div><div>- 14 cups apple cider or juice</div><div>- 4 cinnamon sticks</div><div>- 10 whole allspice berries</div><div>- 3 gala or fuji apples (cored and cubed)</div><div>- cinnamon sticks</div><div>- 10 fl. oz. spiced rum (optional) </div><div><br></div><div>Directions: </div><div>- Add the cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, apples, and apple cider or juice to a slow cooker or pot. (If using a slow cooker, turn the heat setting to high) Heat for about 30 to 60 minutes or until steaming (you should hear some bubbles, and it will smell great!) </div><div>- Add the rum if you&#39;re using it. </div><div>- Ladle into mugs and enjoy!</div><div><br></div><div>Happy holidays, and see you all on Zoom later today!</div><div><br></div></div>
