Which airline are you flying?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I've taken Uber and Lyft from the airport. LAX is a madhouse. That being said, the pickup zones are located on the upper departures level. The taxis pick up on the arrivals level downstairs.</div><div><br></div><div>It would be wise to check with the hotel prior to flying down so you are armed with as much information as possible before going. I wouldn't rely on airport staff to know a lot... this going off past experience with airport personnel. It's a mixed bag. That being said, if they pick up where all the other shuttles pick up, then you could just ask where the shuttles pick up and go from there.
