[Nfbc-sj] DUES ARE DUE

	hello Jamie.  There is a lifetime membership option available.  My understanding is that
the chapters need to vote on what the lifetime membership would be for a given chapter.  At the
board meeting, Tim suggested 10 years of dues, for example.  Have we had a discussion at our
meetings talking abut what we want our lifetime membership dues to be?

In the absence of any previous numbers, I'll start with a proposal of $50/person for lifetime
membership.
