One day in the future I hope to attend a conference again.
Not this year for sure.

Also, my fiancée/partner/girlfriend tested positive for COVID last week and although I have no symptoms and tested negative with a home kit I am not going out for any social events until she test negative and I get a clear PRN test

Sorry to miss Saturday, was looking forward to it

Hey friends,
Please give your attention  to these very important reminders. 

1. State Convention is in 4 weeks! Please book your rooms ASAP! Time is running out to get the discounted room rate and you don’t want to miss the great time we are going to have in our capital city in March! 


2. Pay your dues! We have a $5 membership due that you can pay to us in paypal by sending money to San Jose Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of CA (@sjnfb). So far, I only see 2024 dues from Tim, Kyle, and myself. If you believe you have paid 2024 annual dues already, please send me a message and let me know so I can make sure we have you counted. You must be a dues paying member in order to vote in elections and run for office, both in the chapter and at the state convention. 

3. Our next meeting is this Saturday in the downstairs main seating area of Red Rock Coffee in Mountain View at 3pm. It’s going to be a fun time, so please plan to come out if you can.
