[Nfbc-sj] One last note

I neglected to include this in my meeting notes email as I was in a hurry
to send it out. I regret to let you all know that I am stepping down from
my role on the board of our chapter. My reasons are largely frustration at
multiple efforts to organize COVID-friendly fundraising, activities, and
strategies for increasing membership have been co-opted, dismissed, or
ignored, and frankly, it's getting lonely taking notes at meetings where so
little happens. My hope is that I can enjoy my membership in the chapter
more from a greater distance, though I'm admittedly not sure if that even
makes sense. I've just felt exasperated and need some room to breathe and
think about the affiliate in a clearer light. I look forward to seeing more
of ypu at future events as I am not leaving the area or the movement.
