Hi all,
We have a short set of minutes from today’s meeting so I am putting them in the body of this message, not attached like I usually do.

Meeting called to order at 3:15 PM on December 21
Present members were John, Brian, Nancy, Kyle and Ronit
Brian submitted paperwork for the quiet cars project in San Jose and this was acknowledged by Jill North
We have paperwork for using the Vista Center if we want to but they are requiring us to put down an approximately $500 deposit to have a key and we are not sure we want to do that, needs more discussion
Played Presidential release
Talked about ideas for programming for next year, open to ideas from others as we are not sure what chapter wants to do
Did white elephant gift exchange
Next meeting will be Saturday January 18, 2020.
