[Nfbc-sj] update on room location for general chapter meetings

	hello Kevin.  I have not made contact with any potential venues yet.
I will work on it tomorrow and see what I come up with.  The co-working
price is even more than the Vista Center, so, yes, let's keep hunting.

P.S.  If our meeting date is January 19, 2019, for the January meeting,
I'll be unable to attend that as I have a previous commitment out of town
that weekend.  However, I'll work to arrange a meeting space for that date
in advance of the day itself.
