recently had a run in with discrimination against myself and my guide dog
Balsam. I have written the attached short article explaining the steps I
took to resolve the issue. I feel that sharing my experience would be
beneficial to other guide dog users and the blind population in general but

can be presented in a future newsletter or you may have some ideas on how
