called to order at 6:35. Present were: Shannon Dillon, Mike Hingson, Roger
Oberholtzer, Ken Volonte and Robert Stigile on sax.</span></font></p>

12.0pt'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minutes were amended so that meeting date, last names of
those present and date of financial statements are reflected.</span></font></p>

talk about the Hilton&#8217;s pet friendly policy.&nbsp; <st1:place w:st="on">Shannon</st1:place>
got her law enforcement speaker. He will discuss law enforcement&#8217;s roll when
our guides are attacked.&nbsp; </span></font></p>

having difficulty getting schools to come to our convention.&nbsp; </span></font></p>
