<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">There was discussion of the CAGDU seminar in September, and Michael Heaingson moved that we hold the seminar on Saturday, September 24th, and Robert Stigile seconded the motion and it passed.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
