<p class=MsoNormal>I followed-up today with Khaim Morton and he seemed
responsive to my concerns and additional points. Remember though that we need
to really emphasize that these funds that are taken by the Board take away from
services that could be more effectively rendered if these funds could be used
for their actual purpose.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I posted a questionnaire that I developed in January and
that Antonette responded to later. However, it seems that the list moderator
needs to approve these postings, since it is larger than 40KB. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Could someone use their powers to please let the moderator
know to please release my attachments to the list?<o:p></o:p></p>
