<DIV>First I need to apologize for not overseeing the resolution meeting last
Sunday. I know it was discussed at our regular monthly meeting, and I
appointed Shannon D. as chair. I also realize that it was posted on our CAGDU
list serve so that if anyone had any questions they could either attend the
meeting or make a phone call to anyone of us (on the board or the
committee). I want to thank everyone for their time, efforts and hard work,
and I'm sure it will be worth it. However, there seems to be
some confusion between committee members and others; therefore, I
would like to call a meeting on Sunday, April 5. If Shannon ( committee
chair) would please set a time and contact President Willows to make
sure the conference line will be available for us, it would be
appreciated . Also,please post the meeting information on the CAGDU
list serve. </DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Again, I urge for all to attend, we want
everyone's voices heard, and we want to be clear on this issue. If
CAGDU of the NFBC is going to take steps on issues concerning legal
matters, it must be one clear united action.</FONT></DIV>
