I just found the listing in the Yellow Pages for the Holiday Inn Express in my last e-mail. Below is the address and phone number they list for that address.<BR>
This is the hotel for $95 per night that is near the Oakland Airport.<BR>
<BR>
There is always the hotel they used for the leadership seminar. Robert, were those good prices? If you think they were good prices, tell me the hotel and I'll try there.<BR>

Having organized more conferences and seminars than I care to remember, my experience has typically been that you need a substantial guaranteed number of room reservations before you can get even the smallest amount of a discount. I’ve had hotels tell me that there had to be a minimum of 65 rooms reserved before any promise of a discount. </SPAN></FONT></P>

Especially given the time of year we're having our seminar because all the parents will be overrunning the area with their new college kids. The rooms get filled no matter what the price.
