  Jan.&nbsp; I feel better now that I have a date.&nbsp; Walking with a cane 
  made me more uncomfortable than I would have thought, especially during rush 
  hour.&nbsp; I live just west of a corner that handles 70 cars a minute.&nbsp; 
  When the traffic dies down, sometimes I can pretend that it's ocean waves I'm 
  hearing.&nbsp;Bye for now.&nbsp; There's yet another disability awareness day
