Support<BR>The PETCO Foundation's mission is to support and promote community 
groups and efforts<BR>that help better the lives of our animal companions, while 
strengthening the relationships<BR>between people and their pets.<BR>The PETCO 
Foundation dedicates its programs to serving the<BR>Four Rs<BR>&nbsp;- Reduce, 
Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rejoice.<BR>We encourage Applications for Support from any 
501(c)(3) organization that shares<BR>our mission and fulfills one or more of 
the Four Rs. Organizations should be local<BR>and be able to enlist the support 
of their local PETCO store.<BR>The procedure for applying for support is as 
follows:<BR>Complete the PETCO Foundation<BR>Application for Support (PDF 
21kb)<BR>&nbsp;(please be specific and attach any supporting materials you feel 
will help explain<BR>your group or project).<BR>If you are a new organization 
requesting PETCO Foundation support, please complete:<BR>W-9 form (PDF 
400kb)<BR>PETCO Foundation Non-Profit Organization Form (PDF 26kb)<BR>Include a 
copy of your IRS tax exempt determination letter.<BR>All applications will be 
considered, but those chosen to receive support will be<BR>limited by funds 
available and how closely the project or group conforms to fulfilling<BR>the 
mission of the PETCO Foundation.<BR>Please send completed applications and
