Dear Seeing Eye graduate:

I am sure you are all aware that one of the most serious access
barriers our community currently faces is rideshare denials. Even if
you don't use rideshares, you have probably heard many stories
about how these denials are impacting the lives of guide dog handlers.
In order to be effective advocates for ourselves and our communities,
we need to stay informed about this evolving issue and work together
to develop strategies for addressing it. Below I'm providing a
link to a podcast and information about an upcoming town hall meeting
that I hope will be helpful. Both ACB and NFB are engaging with
rideshare companies and working hard to address this issue with and
for us.
